This unique American instant space maintainer system allows the operator to fabricate a space maintainer within 15 minutes or less, without impressions having to be taken or requiring laboratory fabrication. It does not even require soldering! No second appointment is necessary for fitting the space maintainer. The space maintainer can be fitted immediately after extraction of the deciduous tooth. The Denovo instant space maintainer system consists of several components, which are supplied already assembled in sets.
